Meitu – Member of the Chief Quality Officer Association

The Chief Quality Officer (CQO) system is an institutional arrangement to adapt to the economic transformation from quantity and scale to quality and efficiency, and it is a powerful tool for building a quality talent pool. Generally, the CQO position should be established at the enterprise’s decision-making level, and the enterprise’s quality management, quality inspection, quality safety, and other related business departments should typically report to the CQO. The CQO’s mentoring and demonstration role can be leveraged by establishing a CQO studio.

The Meitu Group Seeyon OA Summary Conference was a complete success.

The OA project started last July. After nearly a year of hard work, it has finally reached the acceptance stage. The OA automated approval process, after more than half a year of operation, has indeed greatly improved the company’s management and significantly increased office efficiency. The OA project team conducted extensive research in the early stages, and various departments also spent a lot of time cooperating with the research. Therefore, this aspect was more detailed and effective than conventional investment. Ultimately, our company developed more than 300 BI reports, which will greatly assist in company decision-making. The acceptance of the OA project will undoubtedly mark another milestone. Building on the existing operations, we will further improve and integrate it into the company’s work. Ultimately, we hope to connect the company’s operations and daily management to the Internet and interconnected manufacturing, achieving intelligent manufacturing. I believe that with everyone’s efforts, Meitu Group will have a better tomorrow. Thank you!

The “Zhongshan Meitu OA Project Launch Conference” was a complete success.

The launch meeting for the Zhongshan Meitu OA project was held at 10:00 AM on July 22nd in the Meitu conference room. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Hai, Director of the OA project team. Attendees included Chairman Zhou, General Manager Huang, department heads and deputy managers, key users, members of the Meitu project team, and members of the Boda project team.

In his speech, Chairman Zhou stated that the ERP system, implemented over four years ago, has achieved certain results and initially met its expected goals thanks to the joint efforts of Boda. For this OA project, after comparing several vendors, we ultimately chose Boda. We believe that with the experience gained from the previous ERP project, this collaboration will also be very smooth. Finally, he expressed his hope that all departments will continue to fully support and cooperate with the implementation of this OA project.
